Bio:

Wyoming resident Greg Hunter started drag racing at his local tracks in a street legal Mustang that he tuned up over time. His need for speed led to the purchase of a Super Comp dragster, which he used to earn a Rookie of the Year award in 1996. He also drove a mini-rod pulling tractor and the Madd Hatter Funny Car for Ian Gellatley on the 7.5 International Blown Alcohol Racing Circuit. He moved up to TAFC in 2000, campaigning a Boss Ford-powered Mustang. Hunter drove that in match races and a few NHRA events before taking a few years off.

Greg returned to the alcohol racing scene in 2012, when it was announced that he would drive Kenny Gilmour’s blown alcohol TAD with funding from ExactAir Compliance Systems. The team improved all season, steadily making improvements in qualifying position and top speed and E.T.s. Hunter regularly won his first round matchups in his rookie TAD season. In 2013, the team plans on attending around 8 races.
